Things to know

  • Everyone who enters must have a code to open the door. To get a code, you must purchase a play pass/membership/party on our website. Once you make a purchase, a pin code will be emailed to you.

  • If you forget to do this before getting to Play Date, we will have a QR code next to the door so you can purchase it there.

  • When you arrive, please enter your pin code (with the # after!) on the pin pad at the front door and then the door will unlock. PLEASE NO PIGGY BACKING.

  • Once inside, please use the cubbies to store your shoes and personal items. Please remember to bring socks as shoes are not allowed! If you forget, we will have a bin of socks to borrow. Please do not take the socks home! We will offer these free of charge unless we start losing them. *We ask that adults also remove shoes so we don’t get the floors all icky. We try to always have shoe covers available for adults, but please try to bring socks as well as we run out of these often.

  • We HIGHLY suggest grippy socks! The main area when you come inside may be slick and kids like to run through it and we don’t want any injuries. Our little kid room, big kid room, and reading area all have either carpet or a cushy flooring.

  • We operate with a limited staff and we may not be here when you come. This is a set up similar to a 24/7 gym, but of course we aren’t open 24 hours! You can come and go as you please within our open hours. Your pin code is good for all day use, so you can come back later if you want!

  • Please clean up after eating/drinking/playing so the next person can enjoy.
